Deep Tissue Massage
Chronic tension lives deep. So does the work to release it.
Deep tissue massage uses firm, deliberate pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue where tension tends to hold on longest. It's particularly effective for chronic pain, muscle stiffness, and injuries that haven't fully resolved — addressing the root of the issue rather than just the surface.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

Neuromuscular massage therapy (NMT) is a specialized, clinical form of bodywork that targets trigger points — those tight, hypersensitive spots in muscle tissue that cause localized pain and often radiate discomfort to other areas of the body. By applying precise, focused pressure to these points, NMT releases the tension that's driving your pain and helps restore healthy movement patterns.

Through guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful awareness practices, you'll develop tools you can return to between sessions — and carry into your daily life.
